💳 Payment policy
- Payment is required before lessons begin.
- Fees are billed monthly or via prepaid lesson blocks (as agreed).
- Payment is typically via bank transfer.
- Fees may change with reasonable notice.
🗓️ Cancellations & changes
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
- Late cancellations may be charged (the slot is reserved for your child).
- If your child is unwell, contact us as early as possible.

- Lessons finish at the scheduled end time (even if arriving late).
- No-shows are charged (the time was reserved).

- We maintain a respectful, supportive learning environment.
- Students are encouraged to ask questions and learn from mistakes.
- Bullying, disrespect, or unsafe behaviour is not tolerated.

- Regular practice is essential for steady improvement.
- We may recommend short weekly tasks to strengthen skills.
- Progress is fastest when lessons + practice are consistent.
