Important Information (Short Summary)
- Payment: Fees are paid before lessons.
- Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change a lesson. Late cancellations may still be charged.
- Refunds: Refunds may be available for lessons cancelled with 24+ hours’ notice or with a valid medical certificate.
- Behaviour: Students are expected to be kind, respectful, and positive so everyone can learn comfortably.
- Communication: We keep families updated, and parents are welcome to contact Dr Tuyet Vu with any questions.
🌈 Maths Club fee
For students not currently enrolled in tutoring who want weekly enrichment, structured practice, and ongoing maths support.
Senior Maths Club includes higher-level review and practice up to Year 12.

💛 1. Block Booking Discount (Tutoring)
A 10% discount applies when you book a block of 10 or more tutoring lessons and pay in advance.
- Available for one-to-one and group lessons.
- Helps families plan ahead and reduce overall costs.
👨👩👧👦 2. Family Discounts
To support families with more than one child learning with us:
- Second child: 10% discount
- Third child: 20% discount
Example – 3 children
Child A: highest fee → no family discount
Child B: middle fee → 10% off
Child C: lowest fee → 20% off
Max discount per child per period: 20%.

💬 3. Support for Families
If your budget is limited, please contact us — we may be able to match students into small groups or suggest options.

- We can recommend the most efficient plan for your goals.
🏅 4. Progress & Achievement Rewards
Students may receive up to 10% discount on the next billing period’s tuition fees.
- Maintaining high performance – 5%: consistently strong results.
- Improving school grades – 5%: visible improvement (e.g., C→B, B→A).
- Showing steady progress – 5%: confidence, accuracy, reasoning, engagement.
If multiple criteria are met, the reward is capped at 10%.
🔎 5. How Discounts Are Applied
- Only one type of discount applies per child per billing period.
- If multiple discounts apply, the highest one is used.
- The maximum discount per child is 20% per billing cycle.
